The EK-iD150V100A series is an ideal diode solution designed for high-voltage and high-current applications. It utilizes third-generation SGT fast-switching technology to achieve a 150V withstand voltage and 100A continuous current capability. Its package design optimizes heat dissipation and space conservation, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including new energy equipment, industrial power supplies, and security systems.

On-resistance is only 0.0029Ω (typical), reducing power consumption by 90% compared to traditional Schottky diodes.

Supports 5A/μs fast switching with a reverse recovery time of <50ns.

Special Note:
1. This version is the latest optimized version. The module will not be burned if the positive and negative poles are connected reversely, which improves the safety of installation;

2. The ideal diode is a diode with ultra-low internal resistance as the name implies. The conduction voltage drop of ordinary diodes is more than 0.6V. The conduction voltage drop of an ideal diode is almost negligible.
3. The copper foil layer and aluminum base layer of the aluminum substrate PCB traces are insulated with a withstand voltage of 1000V, so there is no need to worry about breakdown problems. The thermal conductivity is 20 times faster than FR4 glass fiber, and can be directly attached to the large heat sink.
4. This ideal diode module cannot be used in rectifier circuits!
5. The waterproof potting module has a thickened radiator, which has higher heat dissipation efficiency and lower continuous current heating. It is suitable for modification enthusiasts!
